Amenities of the Studio Standard:
- Bed: With a size of 1.35×200 cm, the comfortable bed offers ample space for a restful sleep and ensures that you feel at home.
- Kitchen: The kitchen in your apartment is fully equipped and features a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, as well as all the dishes and cutlery you need. Here, you have the freedom to prepare your own meals and tailor your stay to your individual preferences.
- Workspace: A spacious desk in your apartment provides the ideal workspace if you need to attend to business tasks or simply require a place for writing and planning.
- Bathroom: Each apartment features a bathroom with a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer.
- Occupancy: Our Studios are designed to make you feel at home, offering a comfortable and cozy environment for single or double occupancy.
The monthly rates do not include room cleaning. It can be optionally booked as a weekly cleaning on-site for €105 incl. VAT.
