Our fully equipped rooms provide you with the perfect retreat for your stay.

Amenities of the Double Room Premium:

• Bed: With a size of 135×200 cm, the comfortable bed offers ample space for a restful sleep and ensures that you feel at home.
• Kitchen: This room category does not have a built-in kitchen, but is equipped with a small refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave.
• Workspace: A spacious desk in your apartment provides the ideal workspace if you need to attend to business tasks or simply require a place for writing and planning.
• Entertainment:  Relax after a busy day in front of our Smart TV and enjoy a diverse selection of entertainment options. Here, you can conveniently stream your favorite series and movies or keep up with your online activities thanks to our fast Wi-Fi connection.
• Bathroom: Each apartment features a bathroom with a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer.
• Occupancy: The Rooms are designed to make you feel at home and offer a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for single or double occupancy.

The monthly rates do not include room cleaning. It can be optionally booked as a weekly cleaning on-site for €105 incl. VAT.
